1. Services Provided

• JonnyDo provides scheduled home maintenance and handyman services. All services will be completed in a professional, timely manner, subject to availability and specific service agreements.
• We reserve the right to refuse services for tasks outside our scope of expertise, unsafe or inaccessible conditions, or requests we deem inappropriate.

2. Pricing and Payment

• Estimates and Pricing: Estimates are provided prior to service and are valid for 10 days. Estimates are based on information provided by the client and may be subject to change if unforeseen conditions arise.  Some jobs will be time and material, with no estimate provided.  
• Payment Terms: Full payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept [payment methods: cash, credit card, etc.
• Deposits: Certain jobs may require a deposit, which will be stated at the time of booking.

3. Booking and Cancellation

• Booking: Appointments are scheduled based on availability. We confirm all bookings via [email/phone, etc.].
